Traditional Moroccan soup, rich with

tomato lentil, chick peas and saffron

ginger seasoning.

 

Cannellini beans (Loubia):                                                                                    

White beans cooked with fresh

tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic

and extra virgin olive oil.

 

Shrimp Pilpile:                                                                                                                                                                             

Marinated shrimp sautéed in garlic,

Paprika &tomato sharmola  souce.

 

Mussels (Bouzroug):                                                                                                                                   

Essaouira city-style sautéed in

chermoula saffron sauce.

 

Chicken Pastry (Bastilla):                                                                                             

Baked filo dough filled with eggs

shredded chicken almonds sprinkled

with cinnamon and powdered sugar.

Cooked fresh tomato and green

Pepper with garlic, cilantro in
