Moroccan Soup (Harira):                                                                                           

Traditional Moroccan soup, rich with

tomato lentil, chick peas and saffron

ginger seasoning.


Cannellini beans (Loubia):                                                                                    

White beans cooked with fresh

tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic

and extra virgin olive oil.


Shrimp Pilpile:                                                                                                                                                                             

Marinated shrimp sautéed in garlic,

Paprika &tomato sharmola  souce.


Mussels (Bouzroug):                                                                                                                                   

Essaouira city-style sautéed in

chermoula saffron sauce.


Chicken Pastry (Bastilla):                                                                                             

Baked filo dough filled with eggs

shredded chicken almonds sprinkled

with cinnamon and powdered sugar.



Cooked fresh tomato and green

Pepper with garlic, cilantro in

extra virgin olive oil.



Eggplant (Zaalouk):                                                                                                                                   

Roasted eggplant, lightly sautéed

with fresh tomato paprika,

garlic & cilantro.



Sautéed with garlic, extra virgin olive oil

and preserved lemon.



Grape-Leaves (Warak Enab):                                                                  

Grape leaves stuffed with rice, herbs

& lemon juice, served with tomato




Chick Peas, Tahini, Lemon, Olive oil.



Baba Gannoush (Eggplant):                                                                          

Smoked Eggplant, Garlic, Tahini,

lemon juice & Olive Oil.


Carrot Lakazbah:                                                                                                                                                          

Cooked carrot with garlic, cilantro,

extra virgin olive oil and preserved lemon. 





Moroccan Salad:    

Cucumber, tomato, Lettuce, onion, and cilantro and house vinaigrette

Marrakesh Salad:               
Lettuce, Tomato, Olives, Onion, Cucumber, Artichoke, Feta cheese and Creamy sauce.  
Caesar Salad:            
Romaine Lettuce with Caesar dressing  
Add grilled chicken ($4)
Mediterranean Tasting :      
Hummus, Baba gannoush, Tabouleh, Grape-Leaves.  


Vegetable Couscous:  
Moroccan national dish - steamed tiny semolina served with steamed vegetables

Lamb Tagine: Braised lamb with red potatoes and sweet peas  
Lamb Prunes: Braised lamb with sweet prunes, toasted almonds, sesame seeds and honey    

Fish Tagine: Oven-baked fish of the day with potatoes, carrots,


                           Olives & Moroccan charmoula sauce. served With saffron rice
